Effective Date: August 29, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AAA Urgent Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our website at http://www.aaaurgentcare.com (the “Site”). This Policy covers information collected through our Site, our online forms, and our marketing activities.

This Privacy Policy does NOT cover Protected Health Information (PHI). • Name, email address, and phone number

If you book an appointment, that process happens through our separate patient portal (see Section 3.3 below), not on this Site.

We use the following third-party services on our Site. These services may collect information about your visit and your device.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

3.2 Google Ads and Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads to promote our services online. Google Ads uses cookies and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site. This may include remarketing (showing our ads to you on other websites you visit).

You can control the ads Google shows you and opt out of personalized advertising at: https://adssettings.google.com

3.3 Link to Our Patient Portal (Experity)

Our Site includes a link to our patient portal, which is powered by Experity, our electronic medical records (EMR) system. When you click that link, you leave our Site and are taken to Experity’s platform to schedule or manage appointments and provide any required information.

Any personal or health-related information you provide within the Experity patient portal is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. That information is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and by Experity’s own privacy practices as our Business Associate — not by this Website Privacy Policy.

3.4 Google Workspace (Email)

Emails you send to us at addresses ending in @aaaurgentcare.com are received and stored through Google Workspace. Google Workspace is used under a Business Associate Agreement with Google that provides HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information.
